Aloha All,
Does anybody know whether or not the cabin top around the windows is solid glass? To my knowledge coring is only used in the side deck areas.
Thanks for your replies.

Coring in the cabin top proper, and on the decks. Vertical surfaces are solid glass with the exception of the sections that face the cockpit. We added a opening port in the most forward aspect of the cabin. We also added two large sliders facing towards the cockpit. The large sliders just took the place of the numerous 4-in holes where the outdated and broken instruments had been placed.

Thank you for the confirmation, that is what I thought. Just purchased a new Raymarine GPS. Thinking of flush mounting it in the cockpit. Little anxious about cutting into the cockpit facing forward, but I also have a few of those old 4" holes. Good time to fill them in finally get it done. My Awlgrip painting skills are pretty good. Practice makes....well almost perfect.
