Prop shaft strut broken

Could be worse , my diver told me I have a broken prop shaft strut. Any thoughts ? Prop shaft turns freely ,not to freely ,but slight tension from the stuffing box ,cutlass bearing seems ok and the prop shaft is true. Engine alignment is ok . I'm assuming I hit a dead head while sailing and tweaked the strut . Probably only going to get worse . No ingress of water yet . Will find out how good State Farm insurance is.

Anybody have specs on a new prop shaft support . For a cal 29 ?

I will check some of our detailed drawings, I know we had one from Lapworth that was labeled as prop shaft angle.

Ruddercraft out of Boise Idaho, recommend a plastic composite as an alternative to fiberglass for my cal 29 . Any thoughts on rudder?

Secondary question ,replacing rudder Stock on my tiller equipped cal 29 . I need a picture of the rudder stock cap That connects the tiller strap to the tiller It has two ears that connect the rudder Post to a tiller strap that connects to the tiller.

Looking for photo of rudder cap that connects the tiller strap to the tiller . It fits over the top of the rudder post and has two ears holding it to the rudder cap . Cal 29 Capn Ken
